For 6 years my two daughters have been with me full time w/ mother getting supervised visitation as order by the 1st judge I had ,( mother failed to have boyfrien/sex offender undergo MHA ) , 6 years later w/out any change in the mothers circumstance a new judge ordered same MHA evaluation be done. This evaluation was not done , also failed to do court ordered drug testing , regardless the new judge overturned custody and failed to follow her own orders of court to make sure mothers boyfriend did not pose a threat to the children , he has been in and out of jail for failure to comply with megans law. Had a lawyer , could no longer afferd her services , thought it was a cut and dry case , boy was I wrong , my lawyer is coming back to help after heaing this she was extremely shocked as well . But other then that I am looking for advise that will lead to eventually have this judge removed from her throne. In more detail does anyone know of any advocate groups that can provide assistance. I plan on contacting the papers and media what is your thought on that.
