I have a scretch of the above and wondering if it is an original and is it worth anything? Anyone interested in buying it? How do I get it appraised?

Unless it is Cajun the closest I could come up to a french meaning is
______ d'avril la Petet L’Epicerie
Which translates to something like
______ of April the small fine food.

A 'scretch'? Do you mean an etching?
There is an artist named Lucien Dasselborne who used a pseudonym of Davril. Here is a picture of an etching by Davril named La Petite* Epicerie. Does your etching look like this?
