I have a newly formed cleaning business and need to know what to charge a builder for a post construction cleaning of a 5500-6000 square foot home.
The home is unfurnished.

(Cost of materials) + (cost of labor x manhours) + (fuel/transportation costs + dumping fees) + (profit margin) = cost of job
