While watching the pressure gauge while a spicket runs. It starts around 70. Then it slowly drops. At about 55 it drops fast to 30. During that time the pump kicks on. Pressure builds to about 70 then the pump kicks off. I have a submersed pump and a bladder that is a about 5 years old and sound like there is no water in it. If more then one spicket is running you can tell. What could be causing this?

Sounds like you had a 30/50 PS I control box that you have increased they cut out point to 70 psi. When the pump shuts off. Does the gauge hold steady? When you open is to get does the pump start up? Is your concerns the fact that you can't hear water in the bladder tank? Back to you, Tom

THe gauge holds steady at 70. When I turn on a spicket it drops and the pump kicks on around 50 at that point the gauge drops to 30 My concern is when I turn on a second faucet or a toilet is flushed the pressure really drops.

PM, check the pressure in your tank. Sounds like your switch is set to cutoff at 70#. Not real sure where it is supposed to cuton, but we can guess it is around 50#. Turn off the power. Drain the tank by opening a low level faucet until pressure drops to zero. Set the pressure in the tank to 48#, which is 2# below the cuton point. Do this at the little valve at the top of the tank which looks like one found on a car tire. Turn the power back on.

Bear in mind that we are guessing at the cuton point. The closer you can establish this, and it should be easy once the system is running properly, set the pressure to 2# below the cuton pressure.
