Can I be stopped from seeing my boyfriend?
I am 16 and my boyfriend is 19. Although we live 200 miles away from each other we have been together a month today and known each other for about a month before we got together. We both really love one another and missing each other like mad. Our parents know we have slept together. My parents weren't happy at first but have gotten used to it and are now okay with me. I was wondering legally am I still allowed to go and visit my boyfriend and stay at his without my parents permission if they don't agree?

His parents are more than happy with us being together :) they like me and are really glad their son is happy. They do not mind me staying at there house in his bed. Just to say we really do trust each other and are madly in love.
I've decided once I've done college I will move back by him which is originally my home town. We can't wait but wonder is we can be stopped from being together?

Thank you so much for reading!!

No you can not stay with him without permission. Knowing what state or country you live in would help and is he in the same state?

You've known him for a month and you're madly in love with each other? Really? Seems kind of fast, doesn't it?

Depending on where you are, he's breaking the law and taking chances on being a sex offender. I think the parents could even be in trouble as well for allowing it.

Going there without your parents permission would make you a runaway and could get both him and his parents in legal trouble for housing a runaway.

Sex at 16 with someone you hardly know? How sad! You've known each other two months. That's not long enough knowing this man (hardly) and you could get pregnant at any time. If you were my daughter, you would not have my permission to see him.

3 weeks ago you were worried you were pregnant. You can not stay over night with him

Yes your parents can stop you from being together and if you get pregnant his whole family can be held accountable by your parents.

Just my opinion you two are so deep in lust that you cannot see you are rushing into a disaster that can adversely affect your futures and his parents are totally irresponsible and offer no good orderly direction at all. Bet in a year you will be barefoot and pregnant, and wondering what the hell happened to college.

    Wake up!!

Without parents permission, the 19 year old adult can be charged with some various crimes.
No, you can not date without their permission
