Lets say she do 45 days. Why are they coming at her with 8 months? She had a court appointed lawyer at her 1st court appearance an she tried to make her sign for 8. What are her options?

So she did 45 days and at the hearing they gave her 8 more months on top of the 45 days?

No her court date is September 24.. it will be 40 days she been in there. What is suspected to happen on the 24? When she go to court

Her 40 days should be counted toward the 8 months or whatever she gets.

Not saying that she is getting 8 months, just asking what will happen on her 1st violation?

The Judge could be lenient and say time served. Not knowing the charge(s) its hard to say.

She didn't pick up anymore charges it was just a violation. Her first one I got her a lawyer is it worth it to get one?
