    Travel at 5 weeks
Is it safe to travel by plane by 5 week of pregnancy? For the risk of any radiation?

How can you even be sure someone is 5 weeks? That's usually too soon to tell. But no, travel by plane should not be a problem.

Just have to say Scott, I knew less than a week after I missed my period with all three of my pregnancies. So I was around 3 weeks pregnant when I tested and got a positive. I'm not the norm though.

But, at 5 weeks, if you ovulate when the average woman does, that would be 3 weeks after a missed period. Most women know by then. Would they know for sure how many weeks they are? No.

To answer the OP, travel is okay, unless there is a medical concern that would prevent you from traveling. You should ask your doctor, as we don't know your medical history, and therefore cannot say for sure if it's safe for you. But for most women it's perfectly safe.
