I'm trying to set up a Yahoo! Email account, and it asks for my phone number. Since I don't want to give them one (who would?), I need a fake number that'll fool Yahoo! Can anyone help?

What wouldn't you? Yahoo only uses it to verify your existence. I have no problem giving them a number.

I just skip that step. You can but be aware it is used to help in account recovery. I am fine with that as I hate talking on the phone. I avoid it at all costs.
