I'm in the process of being evicted. The lot owner told me that she thought my home was too old to move. That's the only reason I bought it. In north Carolina, can a mobile home be too old to move? It's a 1980 model.

Are you asking whether, legally, it's too old, or whether it's too old as a practical matter?

Don't take the lot owner's word for it; she may have an ulterior motive for telling you this. Find a company which moves mobile homes and ask them.
