    Marking on shut-off valve
Hello, was wondering if anybody could decipher what the marking on shut off valve means: "BRS125G - 600 WOG - 1/2 psi"? What I want to know is if this valve is good enough as a home kitchen gas range manual shut off valve. WOG stands for "water, oil, gas", 600 is probably the maximum pressure the brass body will stand. Is 1/2 psi the max pressure the valve itself will hold? And what is BRS125G, the thread info? Would appreciate any advice. Thanks, h.
