Hi, so I'm not happy to admit this, but almost 2 yrs ago I got caught stealign at the bay, and had to do the diversion program. I didn't get charged I just had to do the diversion prgoram,
Today I got caught stealing 15 dollars worth of stuff, :S I know STUPID. But anyway, I'm going to school to be a teacher :S and I'm scared I mite get a record. What do you think the judge will do? Do you think I will get charged?

You SHOULD get a criminal record this time.

But my opinion of Canadian judges is so low that nothing will surprise me.

Your best bet to avoid a criminal record is to hire a very good lawyer to take care of this for you.
