My throat hurts. My throat is red. My lymph nodes are swollen. I can't talk. I can't swallow. Could this be a cold? Or could it possibly be something else? Should I go to a doctor? I have slept a ton and drank lots of fluids. I have taken medicine but its only getting worse. Please help.
