My husband last night woke me to find him at the end of the bed trying to balance himself. He asked me to help hold him up because of the following symptoms. He had dizziness, sea sickness, and no strength. I helped him get to the floor and he laid there drooling saying he felt like he was going to get sick. At this point his speech is a little bit slurred & he is in a fog. I got him a towel & pan and after 5 minutes he sat up against the wall. He was sweating & drank some water. At this point he is feeling better and his speech is normal. No pain in chest & no numbness in any arms or legs. Within 3 minutes of drinking the water he then felt like he was going to get sick & became very confused and lethargic. His head falls forward and he starts vomiting but very slowly no forcefulness. As he vomited he hung his head & out of it for approx. 1 minute. He started to come around which he seemed coherate & went to take a shower within 5 minutes of vomiting. He has had no other episodes and says he feels good. He has Chrons and receives IV treatments of remicade every 6 weeks. He also is on bllod pressure medicine.
