I would like to know the name of this movie. I remember watching a clip of it on YouTube.

Okay here it goes.
It's a movie where there is bald guy running around pool tables shooting up guys with a pistol. I think he was wearing a purple Hawaiien shirt. At one point he turns a pool table up for cover and shoots through it killing several guys. At another point him and another guy fall out of a window and land on a pool table breaking it into two pieces. My memory is fuzzy but could someone, some how figure out this movie because it is driving me insane. Thank you.
