Nope... hate to tell you but you are about at the end of your growth.. if you aren't already. You won't grow much more if at all.

Once the ends of your bones calcify... you don't grow any more... and you are around the age where that happens.

Can I take an X-ray or something to see if am still growing?
And do you know what year exactly?

Exactly when it happens varies person to person... some earlier, some later.than others.

X-rays would show that since before then the ends are cartilage... and not actually bone as you think of it.

However X-rays carry a cumulative risk and its not smart to get them without good reason.

You could still get taller, have a growth spurt, especially if males in your family are taller than you are now.

Endrochronology and bone density test is what you are wanting. At your age it may not be very helpful. They say its common for males to have a growth spurt in their late teens.

Stay off the junk food, eat good stuff like fruits and veggies and lean meat, take a multiple vitamin daily, and play at least one sport.

Just be prepared if you don't. My father was 6'5", I was 5'10" at 17... I didn't grow an inch more.

Not saying it can't happen... just saying be prepared if it doesn't.

Don't worry dude, I'm in high school and I'm just hit the 5 foot and 1i mark this summer. Although I'm a girl and asian, which are normally shorter than the average american height, but if you're worried you'll date someone who is taller than you, you should come to my school. JK, but almost half of the girls at my school are one or two inches taller than me. A lot of the variables of someone's height is their background, just keep that in mind.
