    Guardianship rules
    I am legal guardian over my younger sister, 53, type 1 diabetic, needs to be cared for 24/7 per doctor, tried to take her to an assisted living facility , car was moving, she tried to jump out, of a moving car, has had psych. Problems with frontal lobe syndrome, very bad memory issues , my question is , can I force her to live in a AFC.and how do I get her to stay there, is unabe to live with me per doctor,needs constant care,is considered a brittle diabetic,, Her pay for nursing home is out of pocket,her money is running out, she can not drive,is blind in one eye,

    In Ontario long term care she would be in a lock down facility, not assisted care. Why was she in a moving car and not in an ambulance?
