    Could be a partial clog... use plunger or even better, purchase a closet auger tool and use that to unclog the toilet.

    Could be that the tube that goes into the overflow pipe in the toilet tank got loose and isn't feeding enough water into the toilet bowl. Here, lift toilet tank lid and replace tube to overflow.

    Could be that the water level in the toilet tank isn't high enough. Here, adjust the water level to about a 1/2"-1" below the overflow tube in the toilet tank.

    Could be that the flapper is getting worn down and is not staying up long enough... readjust chain links to shorten chain or replace flapper.
