I have been followinh my ovulation chart.I make sure I have sex everyday just not to miss my ovulation period. I am tired. Don't know what to do anymore

Is this something accurate like a Basal Temp chart, based on actuall tests... or something worthless like a computer or cell phone app?

IT matters because you might not know when you ACTUALLY ovulate... thus making you have your efforts on the wrong days.

Having sex every day defeats the purpose. You need to spread the sex out as it takes time for the male body to reproduce sperm.
