I replaced the ADC board 9 months ago. Fridge worked and defrosted for about 8 months. A month ago it started frosting up again. I checked condenser heater and it had continuity. So I replaced thermostat and ADC board again. It has been running now for 8 hours and appears to be frosting up again and not getting down to set temperatures. What else could be issue besides these parts?

Did you check the thermistors? If they are not reading the correct resistance at certain temperatures it will cause the problem you said. Frost is normal, but not excessive and if you have an air leak it will cause problems, too. See: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/...rigerators.zip
