You can take anything labeled Tylenol. Tylenol Cold and Flu is okay to take.

I agree with J, but medication won't help you deal with the horrible child.

Can you be more specific about that part?

Me, I thought she was sick, and had a toddler that was behaving badly, which she couldn't handle because she's sick and pregnant. Been there, done that, even though I never would have called the toddler "horrible", he was just being a toddler, and sadly I was sick and pregnant, which made the situation horrible.

U can take panadol for flu n.p
