I have been having pain on top of right foot, it started a week ago. I tried rest, ice, heat and Advil. It hurts to walk on it. When I rest it goes away. But as soon as I get up to walk the pain is back. Sometimes when I am sitting and bend it by accident it will hurt. I changed my foot wear.

No ice! That's to reduce swelling only. Sit with it in hot water as much as you can. Might be a pinched nerve if you didn't drop something on it and chip a bone. See your doctor in another week if no relief.
