I have had a weird sensation/pain in my upper left abdomen now for about 4 days. I am getting a little concerned. I have had a cold during this time and I also have ulcerative colitis. Any ideas as to what this may be?

Impossible to even remotely guess online, but of course you would talk to the doctor treating your colitis first.
