Is this normal to be pouring one day changing tampon every 2 hours then hardly anything next day

That used to happen to me. For five days, I would have a VERY heavy period, now it's VERY light. I used to have cramps for five days before my period and now I have cramps for the first three days. Our bodies are always changing. When I was in my teens, my periods lasted 3 days, now it's five. I would suggest you get checked out by your gynocologist, but as I said, it has happened to me and I'm healthy.
