I bet you could find the money if you gave something else up for a period.

Like I'm guessing you aren't on the Internet at at the library right now. You probibly have a cell phone with a data plan, you go out on dates, you've bought new clothes recently... etc.

Check into local dental clinics, schools, etc. I always recommend calling a local college, high school, or even elementary. They have a list of dentists willing to help students for free or very low cost.

Its not meant to be sarcasm... its reality. Welcome to the adult world... we all frequently have to find money for emergencies by giving up certain other things. I've done it... most people have done it.

Infected teeth, left intreated, can cause a host of unsavoury and dangerous complications. The poison from these infections can effect your vascular system, leading to heart attack and stroke.

You are only 20, find the money, or as suggested phone dental colleges, go on line and find free services.
