    Sore cartilage peircing
Hi, just wondering if any of you can give me some tips and advice. I had my cartilaged pierced 5 days ago, and it is very sore. When my hair gets caught in the earring it hurts a lot, also when I touch the cartilage of my ear (not the piercing, just along that bit where It's pierced). Is this normal? If you've had it done, how long did the pain go on for and is there anything that could help the piercing? ( I clean it with salt water)

Make sure it is clean and dry and you should be fine. I would suggest something a little more powerful than just Salt Water. Cartilage piercings take a little more time to heal and are more sensitive. Maybe do something with your hair so it doesn't get caught on the piercing while it heals.
