Does anyone know anyplace I can fillout an application for a job? By the way I live in Millville, NJ. But I will work anywhere in Cumberland County, but I only have a high school diploma as of right now.

Hospitals, public libraries, nursing homes, retirement villages -- and consider volunteering at any of those places to get your foot in the door

Any construction active in your vicinity? Or depending on how strong unions are, you may have to look for apprenticeships through them. But even if you inquire at some sites, the contractor or subcontractors may have other work that is not subject to union contracts. And they always have office and administrative needs also if you prefer less physical labor.
Many areas now have huge warehouse operations for major retailers and most areas have manpower/day work setups.
