The only way to determine pregnancy is by a urine test, blood test, or ultrasound in later pregnancy.

If you're old enough to have sex, you're old enough to go to the store and purchase a pregnancy test.

Buy a pregnancy test, wait until your period is at least two weeks late, then test using first morning urine.

If the test is negative, wait until your next period is due, and if you miss it, test again or go to your doctor for a blood test.

If the test is positive then you have a few options, but if you're underage, every one of those options will involve telling your mother.
