I started my period the 14th and ended the 20th I did my ovulation calculator and it said ovulation started on the 26 I had intercourse everyday with no protection on the dates 21-26 numerous times during the day. Today is the 27, and I'm having back pain and light cramps like I'm ovulating. Is there any chance I can get pregnant. Since I had sex a lot and everyday 5 days before ovulating. Or do I have to have sex when I ovulate. I'm so confused. And just want to know. Please helpppp. :)

First off... if some calulator says you are ovulating... odds are you aren't... those things are utterly worthless... and if they are accurate in your case its purely by luck. But you would never know without blood tests or Keeping a Basal Temp chart for about a year or so.

You theoretically can get pregnant almost any day of your cycle... some women can and do get pregnant on their period.


You only stand a better chance of doing it while or shortly after you actually ovulate... which of course no computer or cell phonme app can possibly predict with any accuracy. Sperm live for around a week in your body... and they can take a few days making the short trip.

All that's required is a viable egg and ONE of the millions of sperm to get together at the same place.

Yeah I am. I did some research and it says if u have sex a couple days before ovulation that u can get pregnant. Well I had sex yesterday mornin, the day before that numerous times and 4 days before that numerous times also. And I know I'm ovulating today I have all the signs so is there a chance od getting pregnant if u have sex a couple days in a row before I ovulate cause I know the sperm lives in you for a couple days

There are no "Signs" of ovulation... except a fraction of a degree change in body temperature... and a blip in hormones... you have to actually look for them with very specific tests and measurements... everything else is an old wives tale.

An egg is microscopic... a single cell... you can't feel that.
