My adult son has red pus filled bumps on his chest ans stomach and left side. Just showed up today. He said. No itching or pain. He had on a shirt tshirt and heavy vest fir more than 12 hours. He said he was sweating and them took off when he got hone and saw the bumps. What could this be? Thank u.

Could be caused by having the vest on all day and no way for the body to wick away sweat. Could be a allergic reaction to one of the articles of clothings he was wearing. Could be a completely unrelated viral infection. You might want to get these checked out. I assume it is larger than normal body acne.
