Everything went out at the same time on my 2000 Chrysler town and country. Wind shield wipers, locks, seat adjustment, turn signals. Is there a master fuse I need to replace?

Have you looked for blown fuses on your fuse panel yet?
Check all under hood and under dash fuses with a test light or multimeter.
Start shopping for a replacement Body Control Module (BCM)

Assuming that is not an issue, research the location of fusible links for this vehicle.
