I have movement and pain in lower left abdomen not pregnant feel it when I lay on my stomach or sneeze

I have movement in abdomen on lower left side its painful and I have a hard line of tissue in belly button what is causing movement I'm not pregnant

There is no reason for "movement" if something really is moving, get to your doctor as soon as possible.
