My period was 23 days late negative pregnancy test just started my cycle 4 days ago but now I'm constantly urinating , could I be pregnant?

The first symptom of pregnancy is a missed period.

You started your period, albeit late. Most women have a late period at least once in their lives.

Any time you have sexual intercourse there is the risk of pregnancy.

But if you did get a period coupled with negative tests, then pregnancy is doubtful. If you are constantly urinating you should see a physician.

My period was very light this time around and I called to ask an advice nurse about the constant urination and she suggested I take an at home uti test which I did and it came out negative , I don't know this is just weird for me not knowing what my body is up to

I wouldn't trust an at home UTI test. Please see your doctor. The constant urination could be a medical issue, or you could simply be drinking more than usual. We really can't diagnose online.

I doubt this is a pregnancy, since you did get your period (albeit late) and you tested negative. Having said that, some women do experience bleeding throughout pregnancy and mistake it for a period, so we can't positively say that you're not pregnant. Sadly, we can't diagnose pregnancy, or anything else, online.

This is something you're going to have to decide on. Either see a doctor, or wait and see. The decision is yours.

This is not a sign of pregnancy at this stage, and having a period is not a sign of pregnancy.

So it really appears it is something else.
