I was put on shock probation in Cleveland Ohio n I violated once n got a second chance... but I violated it again cause I did pay my fine.. but was told I would be let off probation if I pay my fine but didn't.. now its be like 2yr since I been on the run.. but want to turn myself in.. haven't been in any trouble no where... do I have any hope.

Hope for what? That you won't serve time?? Nahhh, you're going to serve some time. But, you're going to serve some time no matter WHEN they catch you. And, they WILL catch you. It'll be better if you turn yourself in.

How much time am I looking at if been on run for two yrs for probation violation n capias... I had 18 months left on original sentence but was brought back on shock probation n judge put me on probation for 1yr.. will I have to finish my original sentence..

I wouldn't have any idea what they'll do to you.. All I know is that they'll do MORE to you if they catch you, than if you turn yourself in.
