I was cited last night for dui over 0.08% BAC ,
I am on felony probation for felony threat, this is my 1st violation what would happen in court?
And will my probation take me in before my court date?

You need to report it right away. Your po can take you right away, or you might not get taken at all. I don't know the circumstances, but a DUI is a serious offense. It's not like missing a meeting. I believe you WILL serve some probation violation time.
