I usually have slightly irregular periods but only by about two or three days. I'm eight days late today and I'm having very mild and sporadic cramping. I'm having more heartburn than usual (but I do have mild GERD) and I'm more sluggish feeling than usual for 'my time of the month'. I'm not sure if I'm psyching myself out since I have no other common symptoms (ie sore breasts, nipple change, aversions to foods, extreme emotion etc) I was just wondering how other people realized they were pregnant or if there might be any other symptoms so I don't have to waste money on a test.
