Switch is 40 60 I set the bladder at 38#,
The switch turns on and off at the right time
It's a submersible well pump...
I've opened all the lines many different ways to get the air out...
I've tried bypassing the softener...
I've tried everything I can find online but nothing working... (still no constant pressure)

Also if I turn on one they all loose pressure

Sounds like you did the install correctly. Just two questions:

1. When you set the tank pressure at 38#, did you do this with the power off and system pressure drained down to zero?

2. In the pipe leading to your house, is there a cut-off valve anywhere? It sounds like you have an obstruction somewhere in that line. One clue you could use. When you turn on water in the house, and you get little pressure, what is the gauge at the tank reading? The tank pressure should SlOWLY drop to 40, then pick back up (a minute or two) to 60, and so forth. If the tank is maintaining its pressure, but your volume in the house is low, then you would suspect a partially blocked line, and cut-off valves, perhaps even the bypass on the filter, are good places to look.

Yes to power off and drained to zero...
I did shut the water off coming to the house at the main cut off valve, should I have done this or leave that valve open when I drain

Either way works. Probably get to zero faster by cutting off the valve.

Check your system pressure as I described above when you are experiencing this problem. If you have good pressure at the tank but only a little pressure at the tap, then you can figure on a clogged valve somewhere, possibly the valve you mentioned in your second post.
