I'm on felony probation for Forgery. My PO now wants to implement sex offender rules, because of a 4th Degree assault crime I committed 18 years ago. I served 18 months of probation for that crime and has nothing to do with my current probation. Is that legal?

He can use only the rules for the probation ordered by the court. If you have broken rules and violate, the judge can order stricter rules
