New fixture has white wire black wire and copper ground wire. Outlet box has black wire red wire white wire and grond. How do I connect?

Connect white to white, black to black, ground to ground. Put wire nut on red. If switch turns light on and off you are done. If switch does not turn light on and off move black of fixture to red of house, cap black.

Wire it exactly like the old one.
