Hi. I was on loestrin 24 fe for a little over 3 weeks when I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend. We had sex about 4 times in two days and it was very tight an rough. After the second night the next morning I noticed a bit of spotting in the morning. Then it went away later that day. Then it came back this morning but was very light and pink and went away again. I always take my pill at the same time every morning. What could this mean? The spotting only seems to be in the morning when I go to the bathroom and I didn't even have sex last night.

Spotting can be due to many things. It could be because of the pill you're taking, it could be because of the rough sex you had, it could be pregnancy (breakthrough bleeding), infection, disease, etc. etc. There are many possibilities, all of them impossible to diagnose online.
