    Live Scan What's automatic denial
Hi. I am trying to apply for Masters in Ed. Counsel. It requires Live Scan.
I have felony on my record 3 counts back in 2002. 2010 I got record expunged. 1 out of 3 was dismissed in 2003. In 2010 2 of them were dismissal. What are my chances? It was nothing related to sexual offender, child... it was theft and forged papers which I got caught in bad crowd.

    In the US?
Did you admit to the record first?
Automatic denial is just what it says - denied. Not sure what you are asking there.
Expunged files often show up anyway, because background check companies get them before they are expunged, and then don't update them.
You can plead your case in person, bringing all papers of expungement with you, but I have no idea what your chances are.
