Okay so recently I discovered that there was a bump on one of my vagina lips.. I felt it and it feels like a big pimple or mosquito bite.. I have never had sex and I'm worried it can be something horrible.

Just keep clean and dry and wear loose clothing and it should go away. It could even be a bug bite you got while sleeping. But odds are it really is a big pimple.

Only cotton underpants is a good idea, good ventilation. Silky material is not.
