Does she have any information to go on? Has her father or his family any idea of people that might be able to refer her to her maternal family? There are aires where they help connect bio parents and their children to some extent

She has all her maternal family on her fathers side. They do not know where she is and her father refuses to give her any information on why he ended up raising her

So will he even give her the name of her mom? Does she have any idea of approximate age? Where she grew up or any previous addresses, schools, anything? Its really harder to find someone with little to no information.

I am just learning a lot about this. She does have her mothers birth certificate I am told. I know she was Korean nationality.. I would imagine there would be divorce records not sure if she knows the date. Her parents lived in Michigan at the time.

That is a start and then there are websites that you can search. Facebook is even somewhere to start and they have a page https://www.facebook.com/pages/Reuni...44077562320927
If the other is not on any of these pages also looking then I am not sure of the results.
Dr. Phil I think also helps reunite. The thing too you have to keep in mind is if the mother wants to be found and reunite.
