My question is about "Talaak"* (divorce)

One day my brother in law beat my sister too much in front of us ,and so many times he said to her that " you want talaak? Okay, I'll give you talaak, here it is, you want talaak here it is ". My question is, in this situation she got Talaak or not? Please reply me soon, thank you.

Some body beat my sister I would kill the SOB.

I sure hopes she got it and gets away from this monster. I realize your culture is different from mine but beating my sister in front of me is unacceptable, as would doing it out of my presence. If he declared it 3 times its official to my understanding but don't quote me on it.
