    Dripping toilet
My toilet is dripping water into the bowl and about every 5mins the valve lets out water and makes a noise like its flushing water but just a little at a time. How do I fix this?

Do you mean that water is continually running into the bowl and periodically the fill valve opens and lets more water into the tank?

The little tube that goes from the fill valve to the overflow pipe should be attached to the top of the overflow pipe. Not stuffed down in the overflow pipe. If put into the overflow pipe below the level of the water line, water will be siphoned from the tank and flow into the bowl. This happens until the water level in the tank reaches the level of the end of the tube. Before that happens the fill valve comes on again and refills the tank.

Attach to tube to top of overflow pipe.
