Me and my ex had sex almost daily up till April 28th when we broke up. She slept with another guy on may 4th. We found out she's pregnant and the doc said her conception date is April 21st. Who is likely the father, me or the other guy?

With dates that close it is impossible to even venture a guess. A DNA test will be required to determine paternity.

Even though the other guy is 13 days after her conception date? I know I will need a dna test either way but just till then is there any way someone could tell who it may be?

Also her due date is January 20th if that helps

Conception is only a guess based on mathematical formulas using an average for ovulation. It is never 100% accurate.

This is my profession. I spent many years, and much money, learning this. As a medical professional in this area of medicine, I can tell you that either one of you could be the father with dates of encounters this close together.

On a side note... with dates this close, if she were pregnant with twins, both of you could be fathers.

Sure. It "may" be you. Or it "may" be the other guy. As J_9 said, calculating conception is an inexact science and could be off 2-3 weeks.

Actually that's not the question... I understood you guys can't tell without dna. Just wanted a professional opinion on who you would think it was. Obviously anything you would say isn't absolute but anything other then "it could be either of you" would be greatly beneficial. But to answer you, yes I do.

I gave you a professional opinion. The dates of encounters are too close together. This is not a guessing game.

But any professional worth their salt is going to tell you "it could be either of you". Professionals don't make blind guesses and what you are asking for is a blind guess.

If it will make you feel better, I think you stand a better chance than the other guy, but its too close to say positively one way or the other.
