    Why won't she leave?
My girlfriend of 4 years recently broke up with me saying that she loves me but she's not in love with me. She said she has no intentions on working things out with me and just wants to be single and do her own thing. We share an apartment together with both of our names on the lease but my parents paid for the deposit and that's the only reason why I won't leave. I asked her to move out since she's talking to other people and is leaving the relationship but she won't. I asked her why she would want to be around someone who she no longer cares for and told her that it will be easier for me to get over her if she's not there. Instead she talks to other potential romantic people on the phone all night very loud. I just want her to go so I can begin to heal and get over her. I have accepted the relationship is over so now I want to move on without having to see her day in and day out. She says she has other places she can go so why can't she just go??

Why would strangers online know what her motives are?
    - She likes where she is?
    - She enjoys torturing you?
    - She doesn't really have anywhere to go?
    - Some other reason!
This isn't about her; it's about you. Either accept it or figure out a way to pay your parents back and move out. Is there a lease? Can you just leave?
Get earplugs or spend time elsewhere. Invite a bunch of friends over. Pretend to enjoy being single yourself. Be creative.

Since you live together, not sure if it is that she doesn't want to leave because she is content where she is or possibly she just isn't ready to move on emotionally. Some people decide to break up but then they can't handle the pain and hurt of being alone so they want to stay connected to comfort them rather than deal with the loneliness. Until she is ready to deal with actually having you out of her life she may be trying to wean herself away emotionally. Even when you are the one that broke up often it is still painful to have the person one day in your life and the next day gone knowing its for good. She may not be ready to handle that.
