Question for Stringer and any others willing to provide help
    Stringer,

You have been a great help to me and many posters on this site on numerous occasions. Without your knowledge, especially in the cleaning field, who knows where some of us would be today. First, I want to thank you for providing us with priceless knowledge in the field of cleaning and business. You are a tremendous asset to this website.

Since we talked in the past, you might remember that I opened up a commercial cleaning company. You helped me during multiple stages when we first opened our doors. During the past few months, we have been getting very busy. Everything has been going pretty smoothly and the hard work seems to be paying off. The results are starting to show and our reputation is slowly growing in our area. We have started bidding on buildings that are 50k sq. ft+ and the amount of knowledge we gained during this is priceless. Things seem to be falling in place.

Now, I have read many of your pasts posts. Some of them talk about the history of your company and your successes and failures in the past. The question I wanted to ask you is what is the best advice that you can give to a company that is seeing progress at this rate? What are things that we should be cautious about? What are potential problems that we may stumble upon in the near future? And if there is any other advice you would like to give, please do. I am sure this may be a helpful post for many users.

The reason I ask these questions is because it is easy to look away from potential stumbling blocks in the future when everything is going so good, which it currently is for us. But I want to look at potential things to be cautious about that could help us when the time comes.

Thank you for all of your help,

    Talan
