I have asked this question everywhere and no one could help me. There is a TV episode or movie about a man who kidnaps women and keeps them chained in the basement, their hands up. He chose to kill one of the women and to show her that she's the one who's to be murdered, he put a WEDDING GOWN on her. The girl then tried to escape by pretending to be the kidnapper's son dead mother, and she kills the son after telling him that she's his mother (The son had a mental disability I think) I don't think that the kidnappers were totally human, however I think they were bald. Probably came out late 90s or mid 2000s.

Any ideas, please? Could be an episode from Criminal minds and Law and Order though I searched and found none.
