66 year old female, recent stroke, heart attack, and stomach obstruction, now presents with painful right sided spasms (more like a recoil) that lasts 3-5 minutes every 10-15 minutes. Any suggestions?

Best suggestion would be to go straight to an ER.

Ive had her up there 3 times in the past 5 days! All with the same answer, were discharging her today. Im hoping for a suggestion that mabey the others have missed that I may bring to their attention.

There are no doctors on this site and I am the only Registered Nurse.

Without running labs like a CBC, CMP, BMP, etc. it's nothing more than a guess. And strangers over the internet guessing can be dangerous to her due to her past medical history.

Appendicitis, another obstruction, colitis, diverticulitis.

You don't really give any info. Right sided is a large area. Lower abdomen, upper abdomen? Right sided chest?
