I am a 40 year old female. I have noticed that my breast are tender. It hurts to wear a bra. I have also noticed dizziness, headaches, abdominal pain, fatigue esp. during the day and vaginal discharge. I had unprotected sex a week ago, but I don't think I am pregnant. This morning while preparing breakfast I almost fainted. I have heard that it could be pms or fibroids. Should I consult a doctor?
